THERON MAGNETIC GENERATORS

  1. Core Technology & Purpose: The TMG System: These are electromagnetic energy systems that utilize “magnetic flux cycling technology” to generate continuous electrical power without external energy input.
  2. Integration: TMGs, the “TRON GENSETS” are designed to be scaled (up to 5 MW per unit), daisy-chained to form larger nodes (e.g., 20 units for a 100 MW data center), and are promoted for use in underground, low-impact facilities.
  3. Water Solutions: The “ATMAG GENSETS” combines TMGs with atmospheric water generation, allowing for recovery and reuse of 97% of water, which is presented as a way to avoid public/aquifer water resources.
  4. Desalination Solutions: The “DESAL GENSETS” combines TMGs with underground desalination water generation, allowing for recovery and reuse of 100% of water, which is presented as a way to avoid public/aquifer water drainage resources.
When deploying these systems for an AI data center network, the output dynamics shift drastically depending on whether you utilize a pure Thermal Distillation setup or an ATMAG Reverse Osmosis (RO) system.

1. Volatile Carryover vs. Absolute Barrier
  • Thermal Distillation (Without RO): If a regional reservoir contains stagnant sewer fractions or light oil hydrocarbons, a standard thermal evaporation chamber risks fractional distillation. Light hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and ammonia boil at lower temperatures than water. They will vaporize along with the steam and condense directly into your product water. For data center cooling loops or human use, this carryover can cause fouling, odors, or corrosion.
  • ATMAG RO Gensets: Integrating the RO membrane step provides a strict physical barrier. Even if trace volatile organics make it past pre-filtration, high-rejection RO membranes block 99%+ of dissolved heavy metals (like iron and sulfates from coal mines) and complex organic strings, yielding consistent medical-grade water quality across different sites.
2. Operational Footprint and Regional Mobility
  • Thermal Plants: Traditional thermal setups require heavy, permanent steel infrastructure to handle high-temperature boiling and condensation loops. They are difficult to scale down into mobile units for a regional rollout across scattered underground reservoirs.
  • ATMAG Multi-Stack Skids: Because the Theron system utilizes high-power permanent magnetic energy (like the 5 MW to 20 MW TRON daisy-chained units), it can easily supply the massive electrical load required to run high-pressure RO pumps and atmospheric condensers simultaneously. This allows you to build the entire treatment train into a compact, containerized, modular footprint (such as a 40′ quadruple stack) that can be deployed right over a local reservoir site.
3. Adapting to the Regional Nexus
Because these underground reservoirs are stagnant and highly variable, a standard “out of the box” RO system would typically blind or scale immediately from the oil or heavy metals. To secure that continuous 660,000 gal/day output, the ATMAG RO platform relies on its independent power-water loop to handle a rugged pre-treatment sequence upstream of the membranes:
  1. Oil/Water Separation: To skim out the regional hydrocarbon fractions before they can blind the RO membranes.
  2. Dissolved Air Flotation / Clarification: To drop out heavy organic loading from stagnant sewer water.
  3. Ultrafiltration (UF): To act as a pre-buffer, catching suspended solids and macro-molecules.
  4. The RO Stage: Powered by the magnetic generator to strip out the deep dissolved salts, minerals, and sulfates.
