In response to critical infrastructure constraints and the urgent requirement for sovereign, islanded power, Theron Energy is extending an exclusive first-tier rollout allocation to DPR Construction (Santa Clara, CA) as the inaugural partner among the Priority 1 Data Center construction companies.

2. COMMERCIAL TERMS & PRICING INCENTIVE

• First-Year Concession: DPR Construction (Santa Clara, CA) will receive a 5% discount on Year 1 pricing across all deployed GenSet units (TRON, ATMAG, and DESAL).

• Execution Condition: To secure manufacturing priority, logistics clearance, and this 5% rate concession, Tier 2 or Tier 3 capital must be fully funded and cleared within August or September 2026 of execution.

3. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & BLUEPRINT ACCESS

• Core Technologies: Proprietary patented permanent magnetic generators, thermal distillation units, and modular water/energy nodes.

• Confidential Portal Access: Corporate technical blueprints, specifications, and engineering job site data for the TRON, ATMAG, DESAL, and T-D-D units are hosted on the secure TMG infrastructure portal. Authorized representatives may log in using the designated corporate credentials.
